Returns and Refunds Policy

If you're unhappy with your jewellery for any reason, you can return it within 60-days from date of delivery. No quibbles, no problem - providing the return must tick off the following reasonable conditions: 

✅ Be unused and in its original packaging.

✅ Manufacturing tag and certificate be present and untampered with.

✅ Include the form located on the packing slip so we can identify your return. 

If no longer in possession of form, please include a slip stating your full name, order number, and reason for return.

Royal Mail Tracked Returns

  • Items which are shipped but rejected on delivery will be charged a small restocking fee of £10. 
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • Our free Royal Mail returns service applies to Great Britain orders only. We are not accepting returns on this service from Northern Ireland.

Once we’ve received your item and inspected it against the conditions above, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether we accept or decline the return.

In the odd case where we can only offer a partial refund, we'll be in contact, and the repayment will be made within 5 working days. 

Declined Returns

We will contact you to explain our reasoning and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Our top priority is to make the whole process as efficient and fair as possible – we’re an understanding and friendly team and will always try to make sure everyone walks away satisfied.

Late or missing refunds

We work hard to prevent any delays in refunding you by processing all returns within 48 hours of receipt (after which you should see the money within 5 working days).

However, since the world sometimes loves to hurl a volley of uninvited surprises at us humans, there is always the chance you could experience a delay.
